Sailing
Sailing is very popular in Schull. Throughout the year The Fastnet Marine Outdoor Education Centre is a hive of activity. It hosts many second and third level competitions for both National and International sailors. A particular highlight is the Fastnet International Schools Regatta held every July.
The 5-day sailing courses which run every summer are also very popular so please book early to avoid disappointment.
Schull Harbour Sailing Club is also very active throughout the summer months. Its infamous Calves Week is a highlight for locals and visitors.
Schull Watersports Centre which is located on the pier has dingies for hire also.
